Premises Ready is built by Darren Fullerton. By using this site you accept these terms.

Premises Ready helps responsible persons understand Martyn’s Law and prepare for it, but it is not legal advice, and using it does not by itself mean you have met any legal duty.

The free scope check gives a plain-English estimate based on what you tell us, not a formal determination. The law has not come into force yet, so nothing on this site is submitted to a regulator on your behalf.

Premises Ready is offered free of charge while the law is not yet in force. We don’t promise it is free of mistakes, but we do try to keep it accurate and to correct anything we get wrong.

We may change these terms, or the service itself, as the law and the guidance behind it develop. We’ll keep changes that matter to you to the point, not buried in small print.
